Posing with her family and friends, Kim seemed in great spirits as she showed off the intricate gold necklace, with a delicate crystal through it.
And it wasn't just Kim shocking us, Kanye couldn't seem to stop smiling as he kept close by his wife's side in the TAO club on the Strip.

Risking a nip-slip in the revealing number, Kim wowed at the event as she showed off her winning curves and slim waist in the clinging dress.
The whole klan jetted off to the Strip yesterday to celebrate the star's big day a few days late, and we knew Kim would have a treat packed away.
