John Richard Ferrier, 69, who forced the youngster into a cubicle before attacking him, was ordered to serve a minimum of eight years in prison.
He now faces the prospect of dying behind bars, after he was told he must serve a minimum of eight years in prison.
Ferrier approached the schoolboy in the toilets of Manchester Arndale on October 18 last year.
And after the youngster refused to go into a cubicle, the pervert dragged him into one and attacked him, reports the Manchester Evening News.
