Elizabeth Banks channels Effie Trinket for Hunger Games LA premiere

Is it just us, or has Elizabeth Banks totally been channeling her Hunger Games character Effie Trinket on the film's promotional tour?

While the actress may not be resorting to pink puffy dresses and wigs, there's no denying that Banks has been pushing the style boundaries on the red carpet at the various international premieres of the Hunger Games Mockingjay Part One.

And last night's ensemble was no exception; an asymmetric, paisley-print Leonard gown with thick gold heels which was unique, bold and beautiful. We think Effie would be proud.

Banks also impressed at the London premiere of the film, almost overshadowing Jennifer Lawrence in her moody, floral Elie Saab number.
