Happy Couple: Beyonce attends the New York movie premier with her husband Jay Z and their little girl, Blue Ivy

The 33-year-old singer headed to the film adaptation of the Broadway musical Annie with Jay Z and their little girl, which held its New York premiere on Sunday.

They got to watch stars such as Cameron Diaz, Quvenzhané Wallis, Jamie Foxx, Rose Byrne, and Bobby Cannavale take to the screen in Annie.

The movie, which hits theatres December 19, was produced by Jay Z as well as Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, and several others.

In the movie, ‘Annie (Quvenzhané) is a young, happy foster kid who's also tough enough to make her way on the streets of New York in 2014,’ according to Sony Entertainment.

‘Originally left by her parents as a baby with the promise that they'd be back for her someday, it's been a hard knock life ever since with her mean foster mom Miss Hannigan (Cameron).

‘But everything's about to change when the hard-nosed tycoon and New York mayoral candidate Will Stacks (Jamie) makes a thinly-veiled campaign move and takes her in.’

Beyonce posed alongside a host of famous faces including Eden Duncan-Smith, Amanda Troya, Zoe Margaret Colletti, Jamie Foxx and Quveznhane Wallis
