Katie Price looks markedly different as she showcases her newly-refined figure after having her breasts drastically reduced to a C-cup

She famously made her fortune from her surgically-enhanced chest, but Katie Price is intent on making just as big an impact after going under the knife once again.

The model-turned-reality TV tycoon stepped out in public on Thursday after drastically reducing her boobs by five sizes to a C-cup earlier this month.

Although her decolletage was covered up thanks to a sparkly grey tracksuit, the 36-year-old looked markedly different, with her slim frame looking even more petite following her latest image overhaul.

The mother-of-five had been taking part in a shoot at a photography studio and looked in high spirits as she left with a full face of make-up.

Katie is believed to have been working on her 2015 calendar, which will see her flaunt her new body in all its glory.

The star recently insisted she decided to go ahead with her seventh boob job in a bid to be 'taken more seriously'.

However, her new look didn't come without a price - she admitted to being in agonising pain after her stint on the surgeon's table.
