Lil Wayne and Cash Money days are numbered after delays in release of "The Carter V"

It all went down at Vice's 20th anniversary party, and when Weezy hit the stage he went off about the delayed release of "The Carter V" ... calling it a "f**ked up situation."

He made headlines last Thursday when he ranted against Cash Money on Twitter ... saying it was the label's fault his new album wasn't coming out yet. He ranted, "I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy."

Earlier last week, Wayne's manager told TMZ everything's okay but in this clip Wayne sounds like it's the exact opposite ... like things are about to get ugly.
