A four-year-old girl left her home in the middle of the night and hopped on a bus in pouring rain - in search of a frozen snack.
CCTV pictures show Annabel Ridgeway, soaked to the skin, getting on the bus in Philadelphia at three in the morning.
She told passengers she got dressed, unlocked the front door and toddled off because she wanted a slushie from a nearby convenience store.
"She knew exactly where she was going," said bus driver Harlan Jenifer. "So she must've travelled that route before. She had to."
Mr Jenifer, who has children of his own, said he did what "any father would do" and immediately stopped the bus and called police.
Annabel was reunited with her grateful mother at a local hospital.
Authorities said her parents had no idea she had woken up and sneaked out in the middle of the night.
They were so pleased to get her back they agreed to take her to the 7-11 store and buy her a slushie.
But first she had to promise never to wander off again!
