Kate Middleton and the royal baby bump look pretty in polkadots

Kate
The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out wearing a sheer peplum top and elegant skirt

Already at around four months pregnant with royal baby number two, Kate Middleton looked the picture of health and happiness after only recently recovering from a second bout of acute pregnancy sickness. Despite all of that, her latest maternity outfit was of course absolutely lovely.

Normally a fan of midi-length dresses (but recently seeming to prefer mixing up her style a little), this time Kate opted for a pretty polkadot peplum top straight from the high street at Hobbs, paired with a midnight blue satin skirt from Jenny Packham, one of her preferred designers of the moment.

Adding a black buckled waistbelt to the outfit not only cinched her in at just the right place, but perfectly flattered the regal bump too. Ooh just look at it, so round and royal.

Kate teamed her demure ensemble with a pair of chic Temple of Heaven drop earrings and classic black heels, while her signature curly blow dry was looking a little sleeker than usual, pulled back into a simple but elegant half up-do.
